I could not tell if there were commas in between some of the names, and there was a place on the microfilm that was black and I could not tell what names might be there. From a DAR records at the Camden Archives the following were given as children of Solomon Pope and his wife Susannah Dawkins. [Problem - wife was not named in his will, but the info. I have from the DAR records has her death date AFTER his??? Below is what I have on this family. Names are now connected thru the will, but other info. has not been verified with other records. In the Will of Solomon Pope, John Pope Adm. Box 43, Edgefield co., SC, Jan 5, 1795, there were some names in a blacked out area that I could not read. Therefore, I have not yet verified Henry or Patience as children of Solomon. The Original will in Edgefield may be readable, but the microfilm was not.
