Berry, John Bolge, Jr., Christopher Chavis, Willia Corley, Shepard Etherige, [Samuel or Lemuel] Gardner, Isaac Harkins, Charles Jenkins, Charles R. Jenkins, Wiley Kemp, Thomas Kirksey, James Langley, [Osey] Langley, Henry Pennington, Joseph Raborn, John B. Roundtree, James G. Sheppard, John Sheppard, Frederick Slappy, Rebecca Staknaker, John Trapp, William Wagner, Richard Wetherton. [* named more often than anyone else.] There are several pages of what seems to be an equity case in the records. It was difficult to read, but should be followed up. I did not make copies of this 5 or so pages of information. It looks like Hezekiah was in debt to many people, and Mildred Burnett pays off these bills. There are payments for the Board of Martha from 1826 - 1837. _____________ According to information I have from other researchers, Mildred was Mildred Stalnaker. She married 2) Robert Aiton/Eaton.
