    1. [SC] Re: SC-Genealogy-D Digest V02 #101
    2. thanks for the info. This is ALBUQUERQUE, NM, and yes the weather is delightful but I miss the Cujo vines in SC, the boiled peanuts and the good ole bar-be-que and the friendly "Hey". My Hartley was Jeremiah Hartley, my grandfather, born in Georgetown County, near Andrews, 10 April 1876, married Theodoshia Lambert, 10 Mar 1896, from same area; Doshia was born 15 Dec 1882; Jerry (Buck) Hartley moved his family to Alcolu, Clarendon County, 4 miles from Manning, to work in the Alderman's sawmill. My grandparents were "biologically gifted", had 13 children. My great grandfather, Jeremiah Hartley was in the Civil War; he was born about 1834 in SC and served in Co. F, Hagood's S.C. Infantry; he was paroled at Appomatox Courthouse, 9 April 1865. And that is all I know! Fran in ABQ
