I respectfully disagree. The kind of exchanges between Audrey and folks she helps, with a little vice versa now and then, are often useful to me. I sure hope we can continue to see them. Since lists are archived and inter personal emails aren't, there is the advantage ... often years later... of being able to search or browse the list and have something most useful pop up.
