Hi Belle, I have always been interested in the BOBO family. We have a CROW line from Spartanburg Co, SC to Bartow/Cass County, GA. In the records of the GA county there is a Spencer Bobo CROW, and I know that Spencer BOBO is one of the BOBO family names.
