VAUGHAN is a VA name, specifically in Southside VA very early. There are no VAUGHANS in Immigrants to SC, 1760-1770, and I am guessing they are part of the VAUGHAN family that migrated from VA. Has anyone else contacted you about the above statement, and where they were before SC?
