    3. Joyce, For many years I have tracked families from VA to SC; in my files, also, are GARNERS of Isle of Wight County, VA. If you want to take a look at those records, I can send. Other names are: BROWN of Richomond Co, VA to Southside VA. Descendants of some of this BROWN family came to Edgefield District, SC.
