    3. Sorry to be so long in a response to Gail Moore. Gail wanted to know where the Mulberry Baptist Church was located. Ulysses H. Abrams in his book "The History of Mulberry Baptist Church The Early Community and The Church" states the church was organized in Alabama sometime during the year 1818. The members came from "east central Georgia, known as the Edgefield District of South Carolina". Some of the older members were from "...Pennsylvania and Maryland". According to Mr. Abrams, the church was in Bibb County Alabama for 50 years until the county boundary changed and the community then became a part of Chilton Co AL in 1868. The copy of Mr. Abrams book I used is in the Samford University's Special Collection in Birmingham, AL. It will not circulate. I sincerely hope this will help ...
