I would appreciate any information on Jesse Taylor living in South Carolina 1790 thru 1830. He was probably born 1763-65ish. He was in the Edgefield area during those dates. His family all moved to Lowndes County, Alabama around 1830. When he died in 1834 his wife was Patience???. Any help would be greatly appreciated. They have him listed as: TAYLOR, Jessee 1 male over 16/0 males under 16/ 5 females of any age note....the double e on his given name is that way in the census. Hope this helps.
