We also have a JONES line from Laurens District, but from my records it doesn't look like your and ours connect. However, there is a Jacob and Lewis JONES in Laurens. Thanks for the information about the Starnes in S.C., I always appreciate it when someone takes the time to share. I'll file it with my family of that name. I'm pretty well documented with that family, joined a historical society through Charles Stearns and it took a great deal of time but was good for me. I believe in establishing as much history about family as I can. In that list that you sent, I have both the names Ebenezer and Aaron, you can almost trace the family through repeated names of Moses, Shubael, Ebenezer, Aaron, etc. Unfortunately, they often named their sons for a brother. I had not expected to research Jones but after I got a couple of "hits" on information, I'm in the race to find them.
