We are using FAMILY TREE MAKER 2005. While it is a great tool, the manual is short on assistance. During an experiment, we attempted to learn something about CHOOSING BETWEEN DESCENDANT AND DIRECT DESCENDANT TREES. This item can be found on the tool bar as CONTENTS. The option that I have been using all this time was perfect for my need, so I was foolish for tinkering with the system. The resulting report that I now get, when attempting to print a DESPONDENCY CHART, is a page that has nothing on it but a mass of sentences reading like below: 1 Change Secondary Individual .. +Change Secondary Individual .. 2 Change Secondary Individual ...... +Change Secondary Individual ...... 3 Change Secondary Individual ...... 3 Change Secondary Individual etc Help anybody? Try clicking on DESCENDANTS CHART, then CONTENTS then OPTIONS.
