For my two cents, I find all caps much more difficult to read, because there is very little distinction between letters which are all the same height. So, let's please stick to the etiquette rules. Your emails can always be placed into another document and enlarged if you have a vision problem. Also, there are magnifying instruments which can be placed over your screen, or you can invest in glasses designed for computer use. My husband did these, and he is very please with the results.
