    3. Audrey, I have a JONES line that I have looked for for years; it is Rachael Rebecca "Rebecca" JONES, b. 1809, Spartanburg Dist., SC(?), md. Stephen MARCHBANKS. She d.14 Aug. 1896, and is bur. at Reedy River Baptist Church, Hwy. 250, Greenville Co., SC. It was first told to me that she was the dau of Rev. Samuel U. JONES and his wife, Bethiah, but others say that she is not a child of this couple. She had 10 sons and one dau; her first son was named Francis Marion MARCHBANKS, her second was named Samuel Stephen MARCHBANKS, which, to me, appears to be the name of the two grandfathers, Samuel JONES, and Stephen Perry MARCHBANKS. If you know anything about this JONES line or where I might go for info, I would more than appreciate it. I do realize that you are overloaded at this time, but maybe you can get back to me when you do have time. I hate for this lady to remain my mystery woman! God bless, and have a safe and restful(?) Memorial Day weekend. Dolores Miller Pringle -----Original Message----- From: Audrey E. Because it is a difficult name to pin down, because of common use, I am posting this group of wills. Have others if anyone thinks it will be beneficial.
