I am researching the family of William McCaw of Chester County, SC, but I do not see any Hemphills in my data. Also try looking in York County, SC. The borders between Chester and York kept changing at that time period. There are McCaws buried in the Beersheba Cemetery in York County. I think they were all Presbyterian. Dorothy
