There was only one [1] family with the surname of BOLAND in the whole state for the 1790 Census. They lived in Camden District, Fairfield County. BOLAND, Musker shows 2 males over 16; 1 male under 16; and 3 females. That's just the way the given name is spelled, too. Hope that this will help. Bill
