I would love to compare notes with you. I am desc. fr. John MAHAFFEY, called "Flint John" who md. Leah FOWLER, dau of Archibald FOWLER. This is supposedly where your Archibald MAHAFFEY got his name, from his maternal grandfather. Archibald FOWLER md. Edith WEST, and I am desc. fr. John and Leah's daughter Edith/Eda MAHAFFEY who md. William GREER. Edith and Wm. GREER were my GG-G'parents. I have some notes on the ancestors of John MAHAFFEY and would love to see what you think. I'm not always sure that the material I have is correct. Would appreciate hearing from you and will gladly share what I have on the FOWLER and WEST lines with you!
