In looking through books of court records in Salt Lake, I often found the name "John Blakely" in the same document as Nathaniel Robertson. They were usually witnesses. I am just assuming John was related in some way to Nathaniel. I have no other Blakely names YET. Do you have any info on John who married Rachel Ann? She is buried at Harmony Church in Laurens Co. She married Andrew Jackson Chappell about the end of the 1850' or shortly before the Civil War started. Anyone have the parents for Mary Thompson and maybe a previous marriage or subsequent marraige. It seems she would be a young widow by the time Vincent died in 1845 Pickens Co, SC.
