I was looking for a copy of the book and I can't believe the cheapest one I can find is $312.00. That is just crazy! It is so expensive that it is difficult for the vast majority of people to be able to enjoy and share. I figured what the heck! I started a petition to the publisher to ask for them to reprint it.
