I have tried and tried to connect to the Tristram Thomas family out of Talbot Maryland but have not been able to do so. If anyone has information that Nathaniel/Nathan Thomas (1767-1824) is from the Tristram Thomas line I would greatly appreciate that information. I am interested in Benjamin Inman, whose death 7th Mo. 2, 1774, aged 75 years, is recorded in the Bush River records. It has been suggested that he was the father of Alice/Alsie/Elsie, wife of Edward Freeman Snellgrove who was in Newberry County in the 1780s but died in Edgefield District, SC, in 1802. Can anyone confirm or disprove this? Edward and Alice Snellgrove named their apparent oldest son Benjamin.
Well that is my ancestor as well but I only have two children listed. One is Jehu and the other is Benjamin Jr. Have you tried the Inman Compendium? http://wc.rootsweb.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/igm.cgi?db=inman_compendium Steve Pearson ----- Original Message ----- From: <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Monday, June 02, 2008 6:42 PM Subject: [SC-BUSHRIVERQUAKERS] Benjamin Inman, died 1774 >I am interested in Benjamin Inman, whose death 7th Mo. 2, 1774, aged 75 > years, is recorded in the Bush River records.
