Hi Joan, I am going to post this to the list as I know sometimes I personally am interested in the line even though it is not me asking questions. I can tell you that Nathan Wright and Abigail Coppock married in Miami County Ohio in 1829 for a start. I had Abigail in my database but not her husband just because it was not my direct line and the Coppocks were plentiful, but I know it helps to sort them all out in the end. I do have John C Coppock and Abigail Skillern in my data with nine children. I have him as the son of John Coppock 1709 Chester Pa and Margaret Coulson. I have six children for him with your John b 1731 being the eldest and Joseph b 1742 who married Jane Wilson as the youngest. I descend from Joseph/Jane's granddaughter Rhoda who married Elijah Julian, so Hi Cousin! It seems logical that your Abigail would have to be a daughter of one of the Coppock's in the 1830 Miami Co Ohio Census since she married here in 1829. This alone should keep us busy as there were 17 Coppock men as head of household in that census and one woman! There are only 10 families in 1820 and it is spelled Coppick. Do you have a death record or anything that gives her parents?
