    3. Searching for information about Charles MILES born about 1750 and died in 1811. His wife died in 1816. He had 14 daughters and one son, Isaac who was born about 1779. Isaac married Rossannah Hollenbeck and they had at least one son named Martin b. 1800. They may have been Quakers at the Bush River MM. Family stories say they were born near Charleston, but I can't find any reference to them there. Charles MILES shows up at a head of family in the 1790 census in Newberry District. He has 3 males over the age of 16, 1 male under 16 and 10 females, so this makes me think he is the right one. Any help greatly appreciated

    3. I meant to mention there is a John MARTIN who is on a different deed for JOHN MILES of Chester Co, SC; this record appears to be from the same MILES family, but Charles is not mentioned. The land for all 3-4 deeds for MILES is on sides of Turkey Creek on the Broad River, and the reason I believe they are of the same families.
