    2. All, I am Jim Arnold, descendant of David Arnold and Sarah Embree. The Embree's were Bush River Quakers. I never thought to look outside to other denominations for family insight. David of not mentioned (maybe once) in the MM. I now wonder even more if he was an outsider, which explains why Sarah's name drops away. Any insight out help will be warmly received. Last fall my brother, my son and I made a week long pilgrimage back to Newberry, much was learned and much was found, and yet more questions were raised. My trip to the archives on Columbia left me happy and a bit flat. Should the collective minds of our group can help, again I will be most grateful.
