I am looking for a Francis (Frank) Sawyer born circa 1817-1820 in Canada. He married a gal named Clarissa Odile (don't know her maiden name) born in Canada circa 1820. Francis and Clarissa moved to Northwest New York State (Jefferson County) before the 1840 census. Their children were: Clarissa, Julia, Joseph, Mary Ann, Margaret, Levi, William, Matilda, Josephine, Adeline and Charles. Poof ! - After the 1860 census both parents and all but two daughters disappeared from Jefferson County! Thanks for your time, Lucie
