She was the daughter of Joshua Sawyer and Laura Catherine Guy. Joshua's parents were Stephen Sawyer and Mary Scrutchfull. Stephen's father is still yet to be proven, but is thought to be David Sawyer of Tipton Co., IN. I don't have much on this Sawyer line. Jill Watters Rains
