Hi Noni, I have been having a problem on my Sawyer side. My grgrgrandmother was Susan Sawyer born Montreal Que. but lived at the Hogansburg reservation after she was widowed. She had married an Andrew Warner of which I have nothing, he died and she remarried Frank Robideau. I think Frank may be a brother to my grgr grandfather Joseph Robidoux from Que Canada. Sorry I am talking about Susan being born like in 1824 time period. I constantly check and recheck the Upstate New York HOgansburg Reservation and Canada.
