Their daughter Lydia Sawyer, b. Leominster, Mass., 8 Dec. 1742, bp. Harvard, Mass., 29 May 1743; possibly the "Widow Butterfield" who d. Keene, N.H., 10 Dec. 1792, aged 50 y.; m. 6 Oct. 1767 Ens. James Butterfield, b. Westford, Mass., 19 April 1744, d. possibly before 1792, son of Benjamin and Keziah (Patterson) Butterfield. Children: James, Lydia, Lovicy, and Abel Butterfield. In 1790 there is a James Butterfield residing at Westmoreland, N.H. His household contains himself 16 or over, a male under 16, and five females.
