He named two children, Noahdiah and Nancy. Other names mentioned were Anne [?] Andrews (to receive his bed and bedding); Elias Jones and Zachius Burnham (both executors); and Elijah Buck, David [Acker?] and Hiram Ash, all witnesses. Also, James Norris is mentioned in connection with a farm. I believe that Noadiah Sr. might be the same Noadiah Sawyer who appeared in St. Albans, Chittenden Co., Vermont in the 1790 census. It might also be the same Noadiah Sawyer who fought in the Revolution. He did not appear in the U.S. census of 1800. His son Noadiah was born about 1793, probably in Vermont. Noadiah Jr. married Sarah Ferguson (daughter of Jacob, a loyalist) about 1818, probably in Hamilton twp., and lived there until about 1843. He removed to Blanshard twp., Perth Co. Ontario, where he died sometime after 1851. I wonder if these Sawyers might tie into your family, as St. Albans is not so far from Quebec, and Noadiah Sr. evidently moved to Ontario before 1813.
