He married Sarah "Sallie" Killian, born NC in 1812. This may have been a second marriage for both, but I have found no documentation. They were in Cocke County, TN by 1830 along with other Sawyer families. Archibald died before 1880 and is buried at Joseph Chapel in Cocke County TN. I would like to find out if the Archibald Sawyer who was listed in the 1790 Laurens SC census was the father of my Archibald. I would like to hear from anyone researching this line. Shelby
