Hi Sawyers, As everyone seems to be watching, I need to post my Sawyer query one more time, perhaps this time, a little "new" info from me. I am searching for Elizabeth SAWYER born about 1805 in Edgefield Co SC. I do not know who her parents were. Woud you? She married John R. DeLoach, either in SC or GA. They were living in Crawford Co GA 1832. They had Elvira and William Whitfield . Elizabeth died about 1834. John R. DeLoach then married Rebecca SAWYER, maiden name of DeLoach, a widow of Craven SAWYER, son of Lewis ( we think). Craven & Rebecca had a daughter Edna, b.about 1820, who later married Moses Yarbrough Pruitt. They also were the parents of two sons, John b. 1826 was the younger and I can't remember when son Wilson was born, probably abt 1822-24. John R. and Rebecca were my great great grandparents, Edna, Wilson & John Sawyer would be cousins. Hopefully someone on this list will have more info for me. Thank you Wanda
