Eleanor Grace Sawyer in her 'SAWYER FAMILIES OF NEW ENGLAND 1636-1900' has the father of Joseph C. Clark b. 1824 as Joseph Clark born circa 1800 m. Susan____. She also has them in Ceneter Harbor, NH.
