I received this from someone without attached documentation and sources so your reference to Eleanor Sawyer's book is an added plus. Notes for Martha or Mary SAWYER: Some sources show, Mary Sawyer died between November 5, 1740 - January 22, 1740/41. Some show 1741 while others show 1711. Notes for Nathaniel WILDER: In the "New England Marriages Prior to 1700" by Torrey, Nathaniel Wilder is listed as being born in 1655. Savage's "Genealogical Dictionary" shows him as being born November 3, 1655. Clarence L. Rogers has the marriage between Nathaniel and Mary as occurring on November 4, 1673. (EGS was unable to prove a connection between John 1582 and Thomas 1616; (see preface to her reference book).
