My great great great grandfather changed the name adding the Y. I know most were in Ohio area and one moved to New Mexico and another in Calif. I am from the line of William who came to Newbury in 1600's. I have found all of the graves of my ancesters to the present, including Williams. Please e mail if you have any help or questions.
