He possibly could be the father of Henry T. M. Sawyer, born 1814(Ga.or TN.) Henry was either born in TN. or came to Hickman Co.,Tn. in the early 1800. He married Lucy Blackwell(daughter of Joseph Blackwell and Mary Polly Wilkins). Henry may have had a brother and sister (Thomas and Sarah). On the Ga. intestate records, I found a Chas. Sawyer, deceased 6-8-1857 (Cherokee, AB) Admrs. Thomas Sawyer and Wm. Sawyer.
