My gggrandmother was Mary Matilda Sawyer, daughter of David Temple Sawyer and Mary Matilda Lamb. They are believed to have lived in Tulls Creek in Currituck County NC. MMS married Dr. Thomas C. Holt of Manteo NC and Norfolk County, VA. This has always been a stonewall for me.
