I visited the Cleveland County Oklahoma Court House today. I found Eli Sasser bought land from C.W. Miller 8 Oct 1910 from C.W.Miller. The land is described as "The west half of the North East Quarter (W1/2 of NE1/4 ) of section Ten (100 East of the indian Meridian and containg 80 acres more or less according to N.S. survey" Eli paid $1000.00 for this land. found in book 35 page 53.
