    3. Dear Patti, I am mailing you some copies of some old pictures. The two colored ones are of the grave tombstones of John Wesley Sasser and Amanda Sasser. I took them when I took my dad to visit the graves. The two blac -and-whites are pictures of J.W. and Amanda with some of their kids. My dad is unclear which ones. The other is of J.W. and two other people I don't know. My dad is pretty sure that this picture is in front of the Sasser homeplace. It had to be pretty big just to hold all those kids. I got the family picture from my Uncle Abe a few weeks before he died. It was under a broken glass and held together with a bandaid. I had it copied, but they wouldn't remove the bandaid because they thought it would damage the old, old photo. I hope you enjoy them. This is the only picture I have ever seen of Amanda. Isn't she beautiful? Do you know the story of what happened when she died? > ---------- > From: Ralph Nilssen[SMTP:Nilssen@email.msn.com] > Reply To: SASSER-L@rootsweb.com > Sent: Thursday, September 24, 1998 4:07 PM > To: SASSER-L@rootsweb.com > Subject: Unidentified subject! > > Dear Don, In matching and merging my genealogy I discovered that 2 > sisters, > Elizabeth J.
