Dear Earl, Does anybody know where the John Sasser who got the land grant came from?? Who his ancestors were?? My family are direct descendants - we have a photo copy of the land grant that somebody got from the NC State records. I have seen the house, and it doesn't look two hundred and some years old but who knows?? John Sasser
