    3. Gabriel, Sarah was my husbands great Aunt. I would like to exchange info with you if you will E-mail me, but I need to correct some information that was posted from another so I am responding to the discussion group. Lewis Marion Sasser DID NOT die sometime between 1880 and 1900. He made application for a confederate pension in 1900 and again in 1914. In 1910 he is on the Geneva Co census with his second wife Sarah. Sarah Clark is buried at Bay Springs Cemetery along with 4 other siblings, as well as my husband's Mother Bonnie Hall Sasser. There were 11 children born to John and Sarah. One of Sarah Clarks infant is buried in the Sasser Cemetery on the home place which is still owned by one of John Dallas grandchildren. Since John Dallas Sasser died in 1912, and lived in Geneva Co(his house was just torn down last year) I wonder if a street would be named John D Sasser in Houston Co. There were other John D Sassers.
