BESSIE LILLIAN WILBERN, MRS. Sunday, December 7, 1952 Age 62, in the 63rd year of her age, widow of CHARLES F. WILBERN and daughter of MRS. MOLLIE SASSER RIGGS and the late WILLIAM H. RIGGS, died at a Norfolk hospital Saturday, December 6, 1952 at 1:30 pm. Besides her mother, she is survived by a daughter, MRS. W.H. MCNEAL of Norfolk; 3 sisters, MRS. DELLA SMITH and MRS. R.L. BOOKER, both of Norfolk; MRS. MITTIE OWENS of Mathews County; 4 brothers, WALTER H. RIGGS, JESSE D. RIGGS, LLOYD C. RIGGS and TRAVIS RIGGS, all of Princess Anne County; 4 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was a native of Princess Anne County and had been a native of Norfolk for 50 years, residing at 105 Lee Circle. She was a member of the Bayview Congregational Church. Funeral services will be conducted at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home Monday, December 8, 1952 at 2:00 pm. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
