Tina Sasser, Atlanta, who will marry John Hunzicker next weekend, was honored at a shower given by Linda Garrett. The invitation stated, "Let's shower Tina with Ol' Southern Things." The table was decorated with crystal candlesticks and roses and magnolia leaves, and heart-shaped pecan pie, pecan pralines, peach melba with sherried black raspberry sauce, lemon pie, berries and cream, molasses cookies and macaroons were served. Among the gifts the bride-to-be received were a cut-glass crystal bowl that has been passed down for three generations, candle snuffer, cutwork lace pillow cases, an azalea, recipes wrapped with lace ribbons, linen napkins, a wicker magazine holder, Southern cookbook and silver sugar scoop. Guests included Patsy Hunzicker, Marilyn Meade, Barbara Quillian, Kirk Hammons, Betty Ann Furseth, Barbara Beeler and Chris Houk.
