Ray Burleson 07/17/1992 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ BURLESON Ray, age 72, went to be with our Lord on July 15, 1992. He was born Feb. 22, 1920 in Douglas County, Mo. and had been a resident of OKC since 1939. He was a meat processor for Clements Food Co., a member of Valley View Baptist Church, and an Army Air Corps veteran of WWII. He married Edna Sasser Dec. 30, 1944 and she survives him. Also survived by son, Charles K. Burleson of the home; daughter, Nelda Sue Burleson of the home; 2 sisters, Thelma Earley of OKC and Reta Dunnegan of Seymour, Mo.; brother, Howard Burleson of Marshfield, Mo.; grandchildren, Kimberley Burleson and Brian Shomo, both of OKC; great grandson, Austin Burleson, OKC. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, July 18, at the Mayridge Baptist Church with interment in Resthaven Memory Gardens. He was a loving husband and father and will be dearly missed.
