Dixson Sasser Will page 216 I Dixson Sasser of Laurel County Kentucky being old weak in body but of sound mind and deposing memory and calling mind the uncertainty of human life and being decisions to dispraising of all such worldly estate as it hath pleased God to bless me with I give, and bequeath in manner and form following that is to say. First: I give and bequeath to my two Daughters to wit- Rhoda E Sasser and Nancy C Sasser all of my unsold land including the dwellings on Same -but- if my wife Sarah Sasser should out live me then she is to have full control and benefit for surport of the land bequeath to my two daughters during her natural life and at her death it then goes to my two daughters above mentioned. I also give and bequeath to my two daughters one heifer Calf each I now give them full controll of same. 2nd, I give and bequeath to my four sons to wit- James Sasser, John Sasser, Joseph Sasser and Peter F Sasser One Dollar and fifty cents each to be paid to them at my death. 3rd I give and bequeath to my wife Sarah Sasser all my personal property that I may have at my death after my just debts and burial Expenses are paid.
