321 This Indenture made this 27th day of November and in the year of our Lord 1797. Between William Sasser of Johnston County and State of North Carolina of the one part and Abel Sasser if the County & State aforesaid of the other part. Witnessth that the said William Sasser for an in consideration of the sum of thirty pounds to him in hand paid and himself therewith fully satisfied hath given granted sold conveyed and confirmed & by their Present dolth absolutely grant sell & confirm unto the Esq. Abel Saser his Heirs and assigns forever. Two tracts or Parcels of Land lying in the county and state aforesaid on the North side of Little Buffalow the first parcel beginning at a pine & runs thence South fifty six poles to a blackgum in the edge of the Buffalo Swamp thence down the Swamp West Eighty poles to a Maple on the edge of a branch thence up the branch North one hundred & fifty six poles to a pine thence East one Hundred and Ninety six poles to a stake in a meadow thence South one hundred poles thence to the first station. The other part & parcel being part of a grant beginning at a pine thence East to a maple near the mouth of the Huckle Berry Branch then down the meanders of Buffalo to a blackgum thence North fifty six poles to the beginning both parcel containing One Hundred and Seventy Five acres by estimation.
