To the Worshipful the Justices of the Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions for said county Johnston. We the undersigned Jury having been summoned and sworn by Sheriff of the County aforesaid to lay off and allot to Martha Sasser widow of Henry Sasser deceased her power of thirds in the lands which he died lived and populated off, after which we have power beginning at a Sweetgum of the Bank of Buffalow John Cockrells corner; thence West 75 pole to a Stake John Cockrell Corner; thence South 172 pole to a Small Black gum on the run of Buffalow; Thence up the run of said Buffalow to the beginning Containing one hundred and twenty three Acres, a being one third part of all lands which her Husband died singed and populated of including the Dwelling house in which her said husband last resided before his death on have put her in possession of the same.
