Dear Judy, I am the ggrand-daughter of John Wesley & Amanda Self Sasser. My mother was Rudy Irene Harris Burris. She was the daughter of Josephine Sasser. There is only 2 years difference in your father & my mother in age. I spoke with your father last week & plan to visit him this Sat. along with my Aunt Josephine, another daughter of Josephine Sasser. Your father seems excited to visit with us as he has some stories about my mother. I lost my mother in a house fire in 1970 at the age of 56 yrs. I am looking forward to our visit. I did speak to your sister Carolyn a couple of weeks ago & it is great to meet new cousins. I hope we can keep in touch.
