Page 378 This Indenture made this 19th day of June in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and four Between Willie King of Wayne County and State of North Carolina of the one part and Henry Sasser of Johnston County and State aforesaid of the other part. Wit bequeath that the said Willie King for and in Consideration of the sum of Twenty Pound specie Money to in hand paid and himself therewith fully satisfied hath given granted Sold conveyed and confirmed and by there presents dolth also dully grant sell and confirm unto the said Henry Sasser one certain tract or parcel of land lying in Johnston County and State aforesaid On both sides of the Road Beginning at a stale in said Henry Sasser own lines run thence East ninety poles to a pine in the edge of the Crooked Meadow branch thence North one hundred and seventy eight poles to a stake thence West Ninety poles to a pine near the head of the long branch thence South to the beginning containing One Hundred acres, with all and singular the Rights Heredilaments and appurtenances belonging there to or in any were appertaining to the said land. To have and to hold the said Land and premises unto the said Henry Sasser him his Heirs Executors Administrators and assigns forever in or clear and ample a manner to all intents and purposes as appears and indefearavle Estate of Inheritance infee simple and the said Willie King dolh hereby lend and oblige myself my Heirs Executors administrators and assign forever to Warrant and defend the said land and premises unto the said Henry Sasser his Heirs and assigns forever in witness whereof the said Willie King hath given to set m hand and affixed my seal the day and year above written.
