Recently I have connected with the family information on Robert E. Sasser's web site www.hom.net/~rsasser/fammil.htm. I have had correspondence with Robert Sasser and he mentions there is a reference to a Benjamin Sasser Sr. who lived in Somerset Co. MD around the early 1700's. I have gone through most of the Sasser e-mails since I joined the group and found a Benjamin Sasser who was born 1755 in Dobbs Co. NC. He also lived in Duplin, Johnston, Wayne, and Columbus Co. I am wondering if there is a connection between these two Benjamins. Does anyone have any info? Maureen (monrene@pacbell.net)
