I am working on the following family: Arthur Sasser and wife Elizabeth ?. Arthur died 1815 in Johnston Co. His children according to his will: Josiah Nancy Edith Sally Elizabeth Ceily Fanny Beady Then the will of Edith Sasser in 1816. Brother Josiah, sisters Nancy, Sally, Elizabeth, Ceilly, Penny, and Beady, and Lilidy. Josiah was in Johnston Co., N.C. in 1830. He disappeared from there and I found a Josiah in Laurel Co., Ky. on the 1840 census. I'm assuming he moved there about 1835. A Josiah has a daughter Isabella that married Kirby Thomas in 1843 in Laurel Co., Ky.. Does anyone know anything more about this family or who Josiah's other children were, who he married, when & where he died ?? Thanks for any help you can offer.
