Page 439 This Indenture made and done this the twenty firste day of May one thousand Eight hundred and forty two Between John Sasser of the county of Johnston and State of North Carolina of the firste parte and Henry Sasser of the County and State aforesaid of the second parte. Witnessethe -That for his natural good will love and affections that I have unto my beloved son Henry Sasser I do hereby give and grante unto him the said Henry Sasser his heirs Executors assigns and administrators forever one certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in the County and State aforesaid on the South side of Little River in the North side of Little Creeke Beginning at the Course at a post Oake thence East 126 1/2 pole to a stake, thence North 127 pole to a stake, thence west 82 pole to a stake, thence North 5 degrees West ?? pole to a stake, thence West 63 pole to White Oake on the Steep hill branch, thence down Little Creeke to a black gum Wesley Welland Corner, thence Easte 30 pole to a stake, thence Southe 50 pole to the beginning Containing one hundred and forty nine acres be the same more or less together withe all mines minerals hereditaryments thereunto, belonging or other wide appertaining and the said John Sasser do myself my heirs Executors administrators and assigns Warrantee and forever defende all the landfill claims of any person or persons what ever to the said Henry Sasser and his heirs forever.
