Dear Cousins, I am working on a web page for our Sasser family. This will be the official page of the Sasser Family National Association. It will include family history as well as an online edition of our family newsletter, the SASSER FAMILY NEWS. The newsletter will have current news about the family; obituaries; weddings and engagements; births; and feature articles about kinfolks. I will need your help on the webpage: PLEASE send me info on such items as: ALL deaths of Sasser relatives that you hear about, with as much info as you can learn (full names, when and where born and died; name of spouse, when married (if you know this); names of children and what cities they live in and names of grandchildren). Marriages: full names, dates of birth; names of parents; when and where married. Background on couple such as where they went to school and what kind work they do. Location of the marriage (name and town of church, etc.) Where the couple lives after their marriage. Other details such as bridesmaids and Best Man. If they took a honeymoon, where did they go. Births: full name, date and place of birth (including the name of the hospital); weight; full name of parents and both sets of grandparents. Residences of parents and grandparents; names of the baby's brothers and sisters. If you see a news article about a Sasser relative in your local newspaper, please clip this out, along with the name and date of the paper from the top of the page, and send to me and we will add this to the newsletter.
